Bill Finished
It's not perfect, but I do know when to stop before I mess it up. It is him so I'm calling it finished. I did add some white Conte pastel pencil and a touch of colored pencil.
That is really good, know it means alot to you. Love your latest animal portraits. Sorry I've not checked in lately, hope you are doing well. God bless.

You did a great job. Bill would be surprised and pleased. Somehow, I think he is.
You did extremely well for the face you hold dear. I don't think watercolor is easy to do a portrait. My prayer is with you.
